Rusty or tarnished household & garden objects polished & restored back to their former glory.
We can remove sand casting and scratch marks from all metals, and prepare them for chroming. Alloy car and motorcycle parts and accessories can be worked on as part of classic & vintage restorations. Household accessories such as brass door handles, hand plates, knockers, hinges, and window catches etc. can be polished as well as heavily tarnished copper and brass saucepans, plates, trays, lamps, & ornaments etc.
Classic motorbikes & cars are a valuable window to a past where their designs where often more interesting than those built today.
We regularly use our restoration expertise to return these fantastic machines from yesteryear to their former glory to give them a whole new lease of life.
Please don’t hesitate to contact us about bringing a car or motorbike that you’d like returned to pristine condition.
Where the condition of stainless steel or iron has deteriorated we use abrasives to remove the necessary layers until we’ve achieved a high quality polished finish. Our experience enables us to select the appropriate abrasives & process at every stage of the renovation.
While not as hard as steel aluminum can present challenges such as small holes appearing that cannot simply be polished out. Depending on the condition we select the most suitable abrasives & process for the job in hand.
Again while brass, bronze copper & zinc are relatively soft certain grades of brass can be surprisingly hard. For these harder grades we employ similar abrasives & processes that we use for steels.
Our Chrome, Nickel, Copper & Silver, Plating service is used for decoration, protection, improving durability, conductivity, pain adhesion, & friction reduction among other things.
